Voice over IP (VOIP) uses an existing broadband connection, for example your ADSL line for normal telephone calls. We are not offering a service locally for this, due to licencing costs, however we are selling equipment and can put you in touch with low cost services. Although initially the quality of VOIP was awful, the equipment and connectivity today give results almost the same as a normal international call, often better - but with considerable cost savings. Another popular service is Skype, which uses your computer to process the audio data, rather than having a dedicated telephone. Personally I prefer to keep the two seperate.
